Right from the start, you'll be assigned to a learning specialist who'll make sure we're giving you all the tools you need to do your job. We favour a hands-on approach to learning and development - blending informal and formal methods to give you a solid grounding that's relevant to you.

What's more, the new hire induction programme uses many interactive tools including e-learning, accreditations, group activities and call taking, to breathe a bit of life and fun into it. And how long does it take? Well, it depends on your role, but however long it takes - rest assured it will be at a pace that suits us both.
