How long does the recruitment process take?
The process can take 2 - 4 weeks in total. This depends on how quickly you are able to complete each stage of the process.

Can I apply again if I am not successful?
We would recommend that if you have applied for a position that you wait 6 months before reapplying. During this time you should be able to gain some further experience based on the feedback we would have given you.

What is a proof of ID and a proof of NI?
Proof of ID is a copy of your identity documents. This can be a full passport no more than six months out of date or a full UK birth certificate.
Proof of NI is a copy of your National Insurance details, acceptable proofs are any official government document that indicates your National Insurance number or a recent payslip indicating the number. -
I don't have an email address. What can I do?
You can set up a free email address at any of these providers:

Hotmail

If I have a question during the process what can I do?
Call 01707 318945 or 01707 318970, from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, or leave a message outside these hours and we'll get back to you. Alternatively, email the recruiter who is dealing with your application.

I can't make the agreed interview date. What do I do?
Let us know as soon as you can and we'll do our best to reschedule.

How do I know if I have been accepted for an interview?
If you've been accepted, we'll contact you by phone to arrange the next steps. If you've been unsuccessful, we'll email to let you know our decision and, of course, be happy to discuss any questions you may have.
