You'll blend sales with customer focus and be results driven, eager to hit and exceed your targets.

You'll strive to retain our customers, whether they're happy, looking to disconnect or upgrade and convince them we're right for each other, because you believe we are. With sales in your blood, you'll look to maximise revenue from each call, whilst ensuring we achieve customer satisfaction.
Customer services is about giving our customers what they want - and a little bit more. We deal with all manner of enquiries, making sure customers' queries are resolved quickly - and with a smile. What's more we've got something for everyone, in a variety of roles which include:
Team leader
Our team leaders lead from the front. They set the vision and motivate the team to hit and exceed targets, only asking from the team what they themselves are prepared to do. Customer focused, they're inspirational and drive the team to success effortlessly.
Assistant team leader
This is no easy task. As an assistant team leader aspiring to run your own team, you have a lot to prove. You'll divide your time between servicing our customers and their needs and supporting, coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance.
Premier services advisor
You'll listen to, offer advice on, or refer queries from our customers. Being helpful is something that comes as second nature to you, so as well as sorting out enquiries you'll also share other products and services that you think will benefit them.
Technical data multimedia support agent
Responding to our large multi-channel customer base, dealers and wholesale and strategic partners, you'll deal swiftly and efficiently with any queries. You'll build relationships - cross selling where you can - resolving technical queries to the best of your ability and referring these when needed. Technical and often pressured, this is customer services and a whole lot more.
B2B handles a range of companies from medium sized to large corporates. Committed to customer satisfaction – we work hard to optimise every opportunity, through excellent relationship and account management. This is sales at its most sophisticated and competitive – dealing with commercially astute customers who are looking for the very best deal. And B2B is there to make it happen – reaping the kind of rewards that only uncapped commission can bring. We handle everything from short turnaround contracts, to ones that take months, as well as responding to our customers’ ongoing needs – growing business where possible. B2B telesales advisor
A natural on the phone – you’ll advise potential customers as to how we can add value to their business through our products and services. Your sales manner comes as second nature to you – both consummately professional and relentless –as you open door after door of opportunity. You’ll support this with exceptional report writing, following up your calls with compelling proposals and happily working to targets.
