Assistant team leader

As an assistant team leader aspiring to run your own team, you have a lot to prove - so this is not for the faint hearted. Splitting your time between customers and the team, you'll need to exemplify excellence in sales, whilst still having enough drive to support, coach and mentor the team to get results.

Loyalty and retention agent

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Which is why we do everything we can to keep them loyal and coming back for more. It'll be your job to maximise revenue, whilst optimising the customer's service - ensuring they want for nothing and stay with T-Mobile. You'll blend sales with customer focus and be results driven, eager to hit and exceed your targets.

You'll strive to retain our customers, whether they're happy, looking to disconnect or upgrade and convince them we're right for each other, because you believe we are. With sales in your blood, you'll look to maximise revenue from each call, whilst ensuring we achieve customer satisfaction.
