pic-your-development-retail2.jpgWhilst there’s nothing like getting stuck in to learn all about the job, it’s our belief that a little bit of training goes a long way. Our retail induction course consists of 12 interactive modules. These are assessed and awarded in store, where your manager will log, or stamp, your T-Mobile passport to track your learning journey.

You’ll get the first just before you start, which gives you a bit of background about the company and your future job, whilst the remaining 11 give you the tools you need to fulfil your potential. All modules are accessible via our intranet and on completion of your final assessment you’ll be promoted to a fully-fledged Sales Consultant.

Recognising that everyone’s different, you’ll agree with your store manager – prior to starting – the time you’d like to complete the course in, which will vary on the hours you work and your pace of learning.
