T-Mobile in a nutshell

Our aim has always been to give customers what they want. Whether that’s new products, great service or the best way for them to use our network, we’ve got lots of bright, enthusiastic people making sure they always get whatever they want, wherever they want.
The retail and customer service professionals who are based in our contact centres and stores. Plus the teams based at our Everything Everywhere Head Office, specialists in areas like IT & Network Services, Finance, Legal, People and Marketing. And with over 17 million customers in the UK alone, we need to stay on our toes at all times.

We don’t like to boast, but here’s a quick look at some of our achievements:

  • A network that covers 99% of the population
  • The world’s largest WiFi network
  • The world’s largest GPRS roaming network

We’ve won a few awards along the way too. But to be honest, we’re less interested in nice trophies and more in what our customers think of us. That’s something we can be proud of all year round.
