T-Mobile in a nutshell

Our aim has always been to give our customers what they want. Whether that’s new products, great service or the best way for them to use our network, we’ve got lots of bright, enthusiastic people making sure they always get what they want. And, with over 17 million customers in the UK alone, we need to stay on our toes at all times.

We don’t like to boast, but here’s a quick look at some of our achievements:

• Circa 300 stores across the UK
• A network that covers 99% of the population
• The world’s largest WiFi network
• The world’s largest GPRS roaming network

We’ve won a few awards along the way too. But to be honest, we’re less interested in nice trophies and more in what our customers think of us. That’s something we can be proud of all year round.
